Why not a general AI tool on our data?

A general AI does not know what «customer» or «revenue» means at your company, so it guesses. Kozuki answers with your own definitions and always shows where every figure came from. In a test on real CRM data: 89% right answers with a knowledge pack, 11% without.

We already have dashboards. Why this?

Dashboards show what was designed in advance. With Kozuki your team asks new things in plain language, without a new dashboard for every need. It complements your BI tools; it does not replace them.

How long until it answers well?

Usually 3–4 working days. In that time it learns how your company counts, and we test it on real questions before we hand it to your team. It opens only when it answers right.
